What to Expect on the On-Site Visit

The estimate takes about 30 minutes from start to finish. We arrive in a clearly marked van (not a leased rental, not an unmarked truck), introduce ourselves, walk the slab with you, and then run the diagnostics. The moisture test takes 10 to 15 minutes — the calcium chloride dome sits on the slab during the rest of the visit. While that’s running, we measure the floor, photograph any cracks or surface damage in detail, ask about your intended use of the floor (parking only, workshop, gym, multi-use), and walk you through color and finish options with physical sample boards. We do not ask you to sign anything at the visit. The written estimate is emailed within 24 hours and stands for 30 days.

What to Have Ready

Nothing required — we bring everything. A few things help speed the visit if you have them:

• A rough idea of your intended use (parking, workshop, gym, basement family room, pool deck, etc.)
• Photos of any obvious cracks, lifting, or damage if you have them — we’ll re-photograph at the visit but it helps us know what we’re walking into
• The garage emptied if possible — not required, but it lets us measure and photograph more thoroughly
• Your color preferences if you have any — warm/cool, light/dark, bold/subtle — we’ll narrow the sample boards to your direction
